You keep showing Forest Grove has 9" of snow accumulation.. that was so 3pm YESTERDAY. As of 8pm last night, there is 13" of snow at my house on top of our tent trailer, which has been untouched since last Sunday. And we are next to the Post Office in Forest Grove. This morning I went out, and it's still 13" and then about 1/4" of ice on top. The ice is holding my ruler for me. :)
