Dec. 21, 2008 Tigard,Or. As the second wave of the winter ice storm arrived. It brought with it several inches of freezing rain and snow. One family in Tigard experienced the winter storm first hand. The photo above shows the full force of mother nature as it freezes a Koi pond overnight. The pond is home to several large Koi that thankfully survived the winter blast.
