The weather seems like it is sleet as long as not a lot of activity is present however if it kick up at all it turns to snow. The showers must stirr up the upper air a little bit or something. What does Portland do to ensure all of this ice doesnt fall off the tram onto the freeway? Do they de-ice it like a plane?
