A snow plow ran off the road in the SW Hills of Portland, OR while trying to clear Fairmount Blvd of snow and freezing rain. Two other plows arrived to try and free the plow, but we unsuccessful. Eventually, a tow truck was required to assist in removal. Video news man, Carver was on the scene to report the events.
