I am from the midwest and the weather here is rivaling the weather back east. I am on the 7th floor facing directly east and the wind was blowing so hard last night it blew snow through the cracks of the window! NE Portland got hit pretty hard, with white out conditions yesterday and about a half inch of ice last night.
