My family & I recently moved here in July 2008. We moved from warm sunny Oahu, Hawaii to now cold below freezing Beaverton, Oregon. We've heard that there hasn't been a storm like this since 2004, we've pretty much taken it as "Welcome to Oregon". Our oldest took the piece of ice off a tree & noticed that there was a big hole, she put her face in it & I thought it made a good picture. The second picture is from the first snowfall last weekend & the kids trying to get daddy. Lastly my son was looking for his next vicitm.
