Popping and breaking branches could be heard through the night as the ice strom layered the trees in cyrstal beauty. The pictures of fallen branches and trees on Neahkahnie St and 13th St in SE Salem are just a few of the many downed trees in the Salem area. Ice storms; beauty and the beast.
