As of 3:45 PM in North Portland between Interstate & Greeley Avenue the sleet turned quickly into snow adding to what has already fallen. I'm still feeding the squirrels and birds in my backyard. My dog, Roxy does her own version of snow angels. Due to the ice on the trees, everyone should take precaution....I have filled two thermoses with hot water in case the electricity goes away....hopefully not! I appreciate all that our good neighbors and Katu is doing to keep us posted.
