Willow, a White Miniature Schnauzer, rests atop a table layered in 8 inches of snow. The snow hardened over the night due to below 32º temperature and caused a half inch thick layer of ice to build up.

Dog's and cats have trouble going to the bathroom in this weather because of all the ice, snow and freezing rain.

Evan's mom said, "We had to shovel out a square hole of snow on the grass to allow Willow to go to the bathroom, I could hardly see her head after I'd dug the hole."
