Location: Oregon City

here in Oregon City out in Redland, there is about 7 inches of snow as of about 3:30pm today. we have about .5 inches of ice on top of the fluffy snow. it has just recently starting snowing again. it is coming down very hard here. the lights have flickered a few times. and we are praying that the ice and wind will not take our power out.
