By Saturday, the snow had already melted in Monmouth Oregon (southwest of Salem). We'd had rain all day Saturday; so when the cold air hit, there was a lot of water to freeze. The rain froze Saturday night around 11:30 or midnight, and this is what we woke up to this morning. We had about 3/4" of ice. It has since started to thaw, but has also re-frozen and snowed since then.
