These are the conditions in our mobile home community off of 82nd ave just south of Johnson Creek Fred Meyer. Our humming bird feeder froze solid, there is a quarter inch of ice laying on top of the snow. But that doesn't stop my husky/german shepherd, Kiara from wanting to go for a walk.
