At 5 pm on Dec. 21, the roads in downtown Salem are pretty good. Some streets are wet pavement and gravel. Driving down State street from Lancaster to Salem Center was mostly slush. Power was out from Hawthorne to 12th street along State street so no street lights.
Downtown Salem roads are fine
