Let me tell you about our saviour Bruce Brown.
Yesterday(Sat.) we had our heat go out in our Aloha Home at 10:00am. We have six parrots , and limited firewood, we were stuck. After several calls one to Specialty heating and cooling, that tried to charge me a two hundred and twenty-five dollar emergency parts fee for a $40.00 heater bar for our gas furnace and an additional $135.00 for the after hours house call, we had to turn them down, my wife and I are both un-employed.
After finding someone else willing to come all the way from salem,(he'd gotten caught up in the I-5 closure). We called Bruce brown of A-Tech based beleive it or not about 1/2 mile from our home.
Bruce, at the time we called him was in Newberg, on another emergency call. It took him until this morning, when he called us from his home here in Aloha. In spite of it being a Sunday, and an emergency call, Bruce Charged us the same rate that James from S. Salem Heating and Electric was going to charge us. $165.00. Well, this guy is something else, so I payed him a little extra and sent him on his way with a cup of espresso.
