This was taken from my 7th floor balcony at 5:15am. This is W Burnside looking towards 23rd Ave, and up the hill. It sure has been quiet the last couple of evenings, except for a very occasional gravel truck or snow plow.
I've noticed that pedestrians are having a rough time on the sidewalks because of all the drifts, and sometimes resort to walking on the nearly deserted streets. I'm afraid I'll be one of those pedestrians today, because I'm almost out of toilet paper.
