We have about 18 inches of snow out in Scappoose

It has been snowing here since Saturday the 13th with vary little melt off. It is just beautiful here however we are looking forward to the melt off .

We do have some concerns as we live vary close to Scappoose creek and Siercks creek. What are the chases of flooding when it dose start to melt?
