At 3:30 a.m. this moring everything was still slippery, but melting. At 5:30 a.m. it started up with freezing rain and icicles reformed on everything. At 8:30 a.m. we had about 3 inches of snow fell and it is still snowing, as you can see from the video. Still cannot believe that DAS kept the Salem state offices open for normal business hours.
