Roving reporter, Jacob Jones, from Charbonneau, Oregon gives a morning weather report and feeds his pet Blue Jay, Harold.
It is still snowing and we have an accumulation of approxiamately 12 inches. It is hard to get a good measurement due to the different layers of ice.
Harold, the Blue Jay, started coming for breakfast many years ago and will often sit in your hand while eating. Harold, however, seemed to be camera shy today.
