Ice weighted damage in Keizer 12/22.

These were about 12 tall Red tipped Photenia Shrubs that are now bent over about 5 feet tall. If you notice in the background, 2 birch trees previously stood close together, now making the shape of a ice laden "V". Slightly warmed but now snowing hard. THINK WARM!
