Snow stays in Sandy, Oregon

The morning of December 22nd my family and I woke up to the ground being covered in more than 2 feet of snow. Knowing that it was going to be impossible to get out of the driveway we all stayed home from work. Even for a pickup truck with 4 wheel drive, we still will not chance going out on the road. This is all in Sandy, Oregon where the news has not been able to get to, due to the amount of snow.
