Powerline on Fire in Downtown Milwaukie

A powerline blew up and caught fire just outside of downtown Milwaukie earlier today. At about 2:40 PM, a small explosion occurred, and a fireball flamed and crackled for several minutes. The extent of damage is unknown at this time.
