This is Parker Fabrycki from SW Portland giving his report of the weather from the hills of Wilsonville where he has been snowed in with Grandma and Grandpa for 3 days now!! He is having so much fun playing with the ice chunks and he decides that his looks like a dinosaur mid report. He is having so much fun it is hard to get him to come in!
