We woke up to freezing rain and snow has fallen constantly since daybreak. With approximately 8-10" accruing since daybreak, with no end in sight. Our little Swiss Miss has a reminder of home and the Swiss Alps while visiting as a Rotarian exchange student in Keizer, OR.
