Going north on River Road, North Keizer this afternoon after going to the store for supplies. Notice the branches hanging on power lines, all the snow heavy lines. Had one large branch break prior to this video. See the photo where you do a double take and notice the clouds briefly parted and can see a brief sunset THINK WARM and NO WIND.
