My parents, deciding it was time to fulfill the shopping list, went to Winco Foods (NE 122nd & San Rafael) today with me tagging along for a good photo opportunity. To my surprise, the parking lot was rather full and the store busy. Many drivers found themselves stuck in the snow while Winco tried to clear it all too little, too late.
