Now we are not sure, but this poor dog looks very real. We were on the max, and by sheer chance I saw this dog on the side of a building. He was unresponsive and just stood there covered with snow. This is uncalled for and something must be done. I want to tell myself that he is fake, but like I said he looks to real. He was found next to the green cab company, at 10060 se 102nd and E burnside. There is a big sign on the outside of the business that says "beware of bad dog"....

I hope you called Animal Control, green cab company, police or someone to confirm. That would be uncalled for it you didnt and just posted a picture here. I called animal control.
