Beaverton apartment lucks out twice. Early morning on the 22nd, two separate trees could take no more weight from the heavy ice and snow the Arctic Blast of 2008. Two trees feet apart gave. Both falling away from the apartments of Castlewood Arms. Which would, no doubt have caused costly damages. Not to mention the risk of bodily harm to the residents living in those flats.
