Niko (20 months) reporting live for KATU news with his sister Siena (1 year) in Tigard. The weight of the snow caused a deck canopy to buckle, so we had to slit the roof to break apart snow-turned-to-ice. Meanwhile, the puppies dig for buried peanuts left by the squirrels.
