Robin feeding frenzy

It is very important during snowy and freezing conditions to have berry bushes available for birds. On Dec 23, mid morning, robins stripped two beauty berry and pyracantha bushes within 2 hours. First just a couple came and then a whole flock. Mixed in with the robins were cedar waxwings. These are just two types of birds that prefer berries to bird seed.
