I live about 5 minutes from the scene of the accident and I'm a local Photographer. I was able to get right up to the site...enjoy the pics.

Would you enjoy the pics if this was your loved one that was in the hospital in serious condition. If you are a professional photographer you might want to work on your communication skills next.

"Enjoy the pics"? This was a terrible accident in which, very sadly, the driver, age 30, died. He leaves behind a wife and two children. I find it sick to suggest one should enjoy the pictures.

Why criticize the photographer? Wasn't speed (60 MPH) reported as a cause of this accident? I see many irresponsible drivers risking the lives of others when inclement weather sets in and I'm sickened by it, thank God nobody else was hurt.

Troopers told reporters the truck did not have chains on and speed appeared to be a factor in the crash. I'm glad my kid wasn't driving nearby.

On Christmas day especially one could have compassion for the man who died and his family. Surely we've all made mistakes and a few were bad enough that we were lucky to not have serious consequences. May the family find comfort in friends and faith.

as much as I wan't to feel bad for the guy I can't. It is unacceptable to endanger the lives of other people on any day not just christmas and luckily no one was injured. I am sorry for his family but not him.

How sad. In this situation, there were no winners; just losers. My most sincere condolences to the driver's family.

I do not see how any body could enjoy anything about this situation. His family is suffering the numbing shock that comes when a loved one is lost in such a horrible way. And you want us to take enjoyment from these pictures? I think not.

I'm not sure anyone is going to "enjoy" these pictures. I know this man was speeding, but it's sad to think he might have been trying to get home to his family for Christmas the reason he was speeding a little bit. Tragic! I feel sorry for his family
