Last night, we heard a noise in the fireplace behind the glass doors. Turns out it's an owl. Called the Audubon, the Zoo, etc... nobody there. Now the Critter Getter is on the way for the rescue. The photos are lousy because I didn't want to use the flash and traumatize the little guy any more than he already is... but you can make him out in one... and see his eyes in the other. The bird looks to be about 9-10" long and has quite a wingspan. If you'd like more details... (off the air)... call 503 297-5713. Terry & Mona Coates
