I'm a Trimet bus driver on vacation this week !! Thank God !! When I was a kid, I used to like riding my bike in the snow. After growing up that's changed to shoveling snow with my nice Target snow shovel I bought on clearance for $5.00 a couple years ago. This is the first time I used it. It worked so well , I was able to dig down to bare concrete on the sidewalk. Now there's a nice wall of snow on each side of the walkway. I imagine myself as a snowplow driver at Mt. Hood. I tell you you can work up a sweat shoveling snow at 25 degrees, It's a good way to warm up, if you're cold. After doing my walkway and driveway I shoveled a troulble spot on our side street. A nieghbor I had never talked to came out and introduced himself.
