Silver Star keeps SWWMC going

Silver Star Search & Rescue, an all volunteer SAR team in Clark County has been providing a valuable service to Southwest Washington Medical Center for many years. During this most recent weather event we logged almost 4500 miles taking critial staff back and forth so that hospital operations could continue uninterupted. Ten dedicated drivers in personal 4x4 and chains worked with hospital staffing to keep all shifts manned bringing in nurses and doctors from all over Clark County where they would have otherwise been snowed in.
