This Holiday was very different for me. Despite the snow and ice, a family member had serious surgery up at the Va Medical Center over Christmas. I went up everyday braving the challenging conditions and even lugged up a Christmas tree for the room. One day I brought my camera and captured some beautiful views of the city. The walk from the VA to OHSU over the sky bridge was terrific! As was the view from the Tram Station. These are only three of the neat shots I got. They just go to prove that there is beauty in every situation and will always be a great memory of the the Christmas of 2008.
