i recently sold 50 by 100 of my existing lot in june to help pay for some needed improvements to my house. come to find out this triggered an exception rule to measure 50,automatically changing my property tax, at least thats what the mult. tax dept. told me.now ,in this bad economy, my job is slow, i have less land,and my taxes went up 1000 dlrs. a year. and they have no explanation except blame it on measure 50! highway robbery for a single dad!
