New Years Eve at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany. The place was packed with thousands of people for amazing Bull Riding Action. For three hours, the bulls bucked and the cowboys rode, then the dirt was cleared for dancing until the balloon drop at midnight.
The highlight of the event was when bullrider Clint Johnson from Baker City Oregon jumped into the stands after his 8 second ride to propose to his girlfriend in front of the entire crowd!
