North of Foster Rd, we are located behind Foster Auto Parts and our new swale (build at cost to homeowners to reduce flooding impact) is overflowed and a river is running in front of our house. We are at the dead end of the street and the roadway to leave is flooded above orange pylon cones. A lot with a new foundation going is is flooded above the portable toilet. We cannot walk out, either, as the sidewalks are completely under water.
