These photos were taken on January 2nd, 2009, around 10:30 AM, in Lincoln City, Oregon. The locals call this place "The Canal". It is located at the head waters of the "D" River, the Worlds Shortest River, across from the "D" River Wayside. The flooding was a result of over four inches of rain in a twentyfour hour period.
