It's been over a month since it snowed, it's been at least that long since our garbage was dumped. Maybe we are waiting for the rats to eat it away. Or, maybe it will snow again and cover it up. Either way, I want every one to know that we the residents do not choose to have our garbage piled this way, and I bet the owners of Foxpointe Apts don't HAVE to live like this.
Hope the rats don't starve !
