Starting Dec 26 I got to work at NW Pulp & Paper (former International Paper Mill), on Healy Rd in Chelatchie Praire, Amboy WA, to find compete disaster. The entire roof fell in and you could not even see the front door. The picture I submitted shows a mere fraction of mess.
Jan 7th on my way home on Ham Rd off Hwy 503, above Lake Merwin, there are three road wipeouts and mud slides. But the very saddest is the complete loss of my neighbors Jerome & Judy's home. It is heart breaking when you see it on television, but so much more devasting when you actually see it for yourself. Best of all no one was injured.
