These are photos from our balcony. We live next to the Gresham golf course. Each year with the rains comes, we getting a "little bit" of water filling the creek. This year, because of the large amount of snow, the creek came up to our back porch. The water was over 2 inches high. We, my husband Michael and I, have tried to find out who is responsible for the upkeep of the creek. Country Club Estates (CCE:where we live) say it is the Golf Course. Golf Course say it is the City. The City says it is the County. The County say it is CCE. So in the meantime, we hope we our home doesn't flood.
You don't happen to know who is responsible for the creek???? We cant even get the proper name of the creek!
