Washougal, WA, Sunday, 4:45am, we lost one of our two landmark firs. The tree, 100 ft, was completely uprooted. The second tree, 120 ft, is beginning to lean and the ground has cracked, indicating root movement. Unfortunately my daughter and I are forced out of our home until the wind settles down and the tree can be removed at my expense, to the tune of $3,000.00. We're thankful to be alive.
