A beautiful 28 year old mother of 4 is still missing after a 9-1-1 call reported her jumping from the Burnside Bridge at 2:20 AM on December 6, 2008. Many of her loved ones are still searching for closure in this sad case. According to the limited information on this case, she was enjoying a night out with friends, and then there was a 9-1-1 call that she had jumped from the Burnside Bridge.
Her body is still unrecovered. It is still unclear if this was intentional or accidental. Noone has been forthcoming with information on what really happened that cold December evening.
Her 4 children, her husband, her friends and family are still searching for answers...if you have seen Ruby or have any information, please contact Portland Police or post a comment on this story.
Anything may lead to answers and closure.

This is a very sad story...Those poor kids with no mom right now. And her husband, I can't even imagine what he is going through.. I hope she is found so the family can at least have some closure, my family and I will be praying for her and her fam.
