This photo was taken around 7:30pm Monday. After a day of hail, snow, and yes, sun breaks, I wouldn't be surprised if this cloud was really what it appears to be. Although I'm told it's just heavy rain falling.

It isn't Spring yet. March 20th is officially the first day of Spring. So, in other words, it's still Winter. And, chalk up this cold weather to Global Cooling. It was 2 degrees above 0 in Spokane this morning!
