Power went out for a few seconds and we heard a snap, and our neighbors tree fell on his shed, and was very close to his home. Two teens were home but no one was injured

So, did the "teens" get out and cut up the tree and remove the debris? Did they tarp over the broken shed to prevent further damage? Or, did they act like typical modern teenagers and stay inside, shrug their droopy shoulders while watching cable
