It's would be nice if you told us where the pic was taken, what she did, what area, anything would be helpful. so people can have a good idea of what is going on, also when you call the police, they want to know why your reporting someone...

The thefts have only just begun. People are going to go wild stealing cigarettes, pharmacy drugs, everything that has been jacked up so high they will resort to theft. Gotta eat, feed kids, or a (sadly) drug habit. Just my opinion...It scares me.
