-----YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS STUFF-----
a) The meeting will start at 9:30 am SHARP. Please try to arrive by 9:00-9:15 so we can get your stuff tagged and get started on time. There is a real risk of the repacking going on into the evening. We were not able to get additional repacking help.
b) -BRING- your harness, helmet, and flying gloves so that the simulations can be as realistic as possible.
c) We will have coffee (caffeinated only), soft drinks, water, and Costco muffins. We will have Pizza for lunch. If this does not work for you, figure out something that will!
