Early rounds last 20 min. and we will hold at 500/1k If needed add 30 min. rounds after that. The tournament will be appropriately paced at the directors discretion. 2k Chips with add-on

Do the rounds last 20 minutes or 30 minutes? That is a substantial difference. Also where does it state exactly how many chips you get with the add-on?

What is the structure of the tournament. I hate tournaments that force you to play hands because the blinds and the blind levels go up to fast
