5 year old Gabe Tipton caught his very first Spring Salmon this year on the Columbia River near Goble, Oregon. His fish weighed in at a whopping 20 pounds! His daddy, Matt, didn't catch his first big one until he was almost 8 years old. Gabe fought the fish and reeled it in all by himself. The following day he also landed a 23 pounder! He caught both fish on his favorite hot pink and silver kwik fish.
