On Monday April 27th the Ashley Heights neighborhthood in Salmon Creek experienced an incident. On the corner of Ashley Heights Drive and 139th Loop a light pole and large area of shrubs were damaged. It looks like they were struck by a large vehicle. None of the residents seem to know what happened. The homeowner whom the shrubs belong to has duck-taped the light to stabalize it and tried to clear the sidewalk of debris.
Today, April 28th 2009 just around the corner a few hundred feet from the damaged light pole and shrubs, a brick driveway marker seems to have been stuck with a vehicle also. It now lays on its side in the front yard.
It seems the Ashley Heights Neighborhood is in danger. I am concerned about the safety of our families and pets. A large number of the families in our community often walk their dogs and spend time outside. If an unsafe driver where to strike a pedestrian the results could be tragic. We should all keep a look out for reckless drivers in the area and report any unsafe drivers to the police department.

I realize you're upset, however, I doubt anybody is in DANGER. You don't know me or the other poster's. We're not heartless, we just think what you wrote was a bit over the top. I'm not the culprit, I don't know where your gated community is.

Apparently the Ashley Heights neighborhood is in DANGER! Stay off the sidewalks and stay in your homes an unsafe driver is on the loose!
